90 Day Challenge

The 90 Day Challenge was created in 2012 to keep clients and members focused during the holiday seasons. We created a competition that promotes “healthy weight loss” vs a weightloss program to balance the competition where anyone has a chance to win and reward not only on fat loss but muscle gain as well which dictates a healthier body fat %.

Contest begins Oct 7th and ends January 6th

•Member must have an active membership status and be in good standing with no
delinquent payments to be eligible
•Member must not be a direct family member or spouse of a Dynamic Fitness employee
•Member must be enrolled in a 3X per week Results Program during the duration of the challenge

Please see your club’s manager to get enrolled into the 90 Day Challenge to secure your spot when enrollment begins. You can also submit the form below for your club to set your appointment to enroll.

We use our Inbody Analysis Scan to ensure we maintain accuracy with clients body metrics. Inbody has a 98% accuracy for measuring body fat % breakdowns
